AtΒ Loom Baagh, every saree and blouse is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive the best quality. Every piece at Loom Baagh is packed with care and attention. We kindly request you to go through the policy below before confirming your purchase.

1. Returns (Applicable Only for Defect/Damage)
We accept returns only in case of a genuine defect or damage.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the defect/damage must be shared via WhatsApp or email
- The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags, folds & packaging intact
After receiving your request, our team will verify the issue and confirm the approval.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, altered, or if tags are removed.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may wish to exchange your purchase.
Exchange Window:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The reason for exchange must be clearly mentioned
- Requests after 48 hours will not be considered.
Exchange Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Tags, folds and packaging must be intact
- Items failing quality inspection will be sent back to the customer
Exchange Value Rules:
- Exchange allowed for same price product, or
- Higher value product (price difference to be paid by customer)
Exchange to lower value items is not available.
Refund instead of exchange is not available.
3. Store Credit
If you choose not to select an exchange product immediately:
- Store credit will be issued after deduction of βΉ250 towards shipping & handling
- Store credit validity: 6 months
Store credit:
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be converted into cash
- Cannot be extended after expiry
4. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where service is available.
- If reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product.
Exchange or store credit will be processed only after we receive the product and it passes quality verification.
If a defect is verified after inspection, we will reimburse shipping charges up to βΉ150 as store credit.
5. Blouse Policy
We provide detailed size charts for accurate selection.
β No return or exchange for:
- Size or fit issues
- Personal preference
- Color difference due to lighting or screen
- Minor weaving or thread variations
β Exchange only in case of genuine defect.
Handcrafted sarees and blouses may have slight irregularities β these are natural characteristics of handloom and not considered defects.
6. Important Notes
Exchange/return will not be accepted if:
- Product is used, washed, worn or altered
- Tags are removed
- Request is raised after 48 hours
7. Festival & Sale Period Policy
During major sale events and festive promotions β including but not limited to Holi Sale, Diwali Sale, Annual Sale, Clearance Sale, or any Limited-Time Promotional Event β
β No return or exchange will be accepted on any product purchased during these sale periods.
All purchases made during sale events are considered final.
We request customers to review product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing an order during sale periods.
8. Final Decision
All return and exchange approvals are subject to internal verification by Loom Baagh.
